This article outlines the working hypothesis and observations which are useful to build a strict inclusion programme in kindergarten. Strictness and education certainly do not entail the application of a special method, but are concepts which can be associated if the operator’s evaluation and reflexivity become central factors. In kindergarten, the family represents an important player that needs to be welcomed and supported in order to understand this logic that views the project of life as a journey where there are no standardisation certainties, but understanding and acceptance of the needs of every child.
