L’attività motoria integrata e il progetto di vita

The article describes an integrated experience carried out during a five year senior secondary school course characterised by activities in the physical education area. The following observation conducted at the end of the educational experience, which took place ten years ago, enabled the positive effects on the habits, lifestyles and the way in which this experience influenced adult lifestyle choices to be assessed. The educational strategies adopted were highlighted in order to contribute to the definition of an integrated and inclusive sports and motor activity model.
