A brief legislative overview of school integration and the birth of the childhood nursery opens the way to a consideration
concerning the rights of all children to receive an inclusive education. Today, working for an inclusive education means accepting the differences, not only providing resilience-oriented interdisciplinary and multifactorial resources, but also questioning the cultural reference models and the implicit theories underlying the day-to-day actions.
