Technological models of teaching as precursors of inclusive education
Fabio Bocci
This paper focuses on technological models of education and on Luciana Tomassucci Fontana, one of Italy’s leading scholars in this field. These models have sought to democratize teaching practices, based not so much on equal opportunities as on diversification of intervention, removing barriers and encouraging full participation by all in school life and teaching-learning processes. Particular attention is paid to Programmed Instruction, used as an analyzer to understand some views on the long-standing debate about educational innovation.
