The Strange Case of the Elephant Man: Special Pedagogical «framing», Media Education and Teacher Training

Through the structuring of a media education activity that involved students on the Master’s degree course in Primary Teacher Education, and the thematic analysis of significant moments of the film, the article proposes and analyses some core themes of special pedagogy on the theme of disability and social inclusion processes, also highlighting the potential significance of the use of cinematic products in teacher training.
