The organization is not the opposite of freedom. Directing is valuing others who are next to us. You have to be curious and have a project. Single knowledge is not enough. It takes the different knowledge of different human beings. The project becomes inclusive. We need to build sustainable innovation. Those who direct should not consider themselves perfect because they direct. The director can be wrong. Inclusion is the praise of imperfection. Inclusive education is the commitment that can always be improved.
