Looking for a dialogue to build a complex system

Access to distance learning, which first represents a part of the training system, has become the only fixed mode of participation. In this regard, the article reports a research that illustrates what some of the students with disabilities of the University of Urbino «Carlo Bo» expressed about it. Positive judgments and secure considerations for the future emerge from the responses collected, but also limits and indications relating to the management of a complex system that open to considerations relating to the meaning and role of training.
