Disability and job inclusion

The institutional programs and initiatives that develop the labor integration of people with disabilities already have an important route in different European countries. In that long journey there are successful experiences from which we have to learn to boost the continued effort for greater integration of people with disabilities at work. We approach through a qualitative methodology two relevant cases of people with disabilities who have had great success in their professional life, one in business management and another in university teaching, each of which is a stimulus in the inclusive project.
