Scope of this article is to define and articulate the competence «to include», intended as the ability to make
choices that could contribute to render the educational syllabus of the school effective for each and every student,
including those who have special learning needs, regarding both the full development of their learning potential
and the possibility to fully live the social and community life of their school.
