Learning through experience from school to work

This article affirms that the duty of every teacher is to give importance to the knowledge and the experiences lived by people; it is important to generate ability and competencies through reflection and practical actions in different contexts. The importance of being aware of different teaching and learning styles respecting the characteristic of the learner is highlighted. Therefore, it is important and necessary to adapt learning styles in different situations and different organisations, in research, on placements and in work-related learning projects, so that these orientation experiences are efficient, motivational and helpful in making the person in question more confident in their own abilities.
