Law No. 517 of 1977: A few reflections and a few questions

This contribution includes some reflections on Law 515 of 1977 and highlights the importance of inclusive processes in Italy. Certain critical issues — linked to the area of learning — must still be tackled and resolved.
As far as future scenarios are concerned, the issue of students with disabilities, migrant children, is among the most important and emergent.
