The courage in innovation for inclusion

After forty years of experience in training, integration and inclusion, has the Italian school become «mature» and able to truly take care of its pupils, especially the most challenging and problematic ones? If we really want to work well at school, with our increasingly demanding and complex students, it is first and foremost necessary to realise that ordinary teaching methods no longer work. We must have the courage to renew our teaching by taking on the didactic model of differentiation.
