The compacting curriculum: Teaching tools from inclusion to differentiation

This contribution presents different methodologies aimed at allowing gifted students to feel part of the school system. The compacting curriculum is a strategy which aims to reduce the amount of time students spend on curricular work, giving them the opportunity to work at a higher level in subject areas where they demonstrate to have already learnt what is set out in the curriculum.
