This article is a compilation of the experience of those who, as mediators, follow the lives of peoples fleeing war, to be precise the Syrian war. This allows us to understand an intervention context and the mediation carried out by operators in conflict zones or areas or high vulnerability and violence, imposing acts of peace and sowing seeds of hope.
