Career Adapt-Abilities Scale: Psychometric properties of the Italian version for young adults
Annamaria Di Fabio
The purpose of this study is to examine the psychometric properties of the Italian version for young adults of the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale. Participants were 834 high school students and university students. Dimensionality, reliability, and concurrent validity were analysed. Confirmatory factor analysis supported a four-dimensional version of the scale. In addition, good internal consistency and concurrent validity were established. Results indicate that the Italian version for young adults of the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale is a valid instrument for measuring career adaptability in Italian contexts.
