Ornella Bucci, Annamaria Di Fabio
This study aims to analyse the similarities and differences of the innovative construct of Intrapreneurial Self-Capital (ISC) compared to to other constructs that are considered as resources for positively dealing with the complexity of the 21st century: proactivity, psychological capital, career adaptability and occupational engagement. The Intrapreneurial Self-Capital Scale, the Proactive Personality Scale, the Psychological Capital Questionnaire, the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale and the Occupational Engagement Scale were administered to 516 participants (249 university students and 267 workers). The results show that the ISC is a construct that presents aspects of specificity compared to to the other constructs examined, representing a further resource in the postmodern era.
