This study aims to examine in an exploratory fashion the personality correlates of the High Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Professionalism Questionnaire (HELP). The High Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Professionalism Questionnaire (HELP-Q) and the Big Five Questionnaire (BFQ) were administered to 183 workers of public and private organisations in Tuscany. Results showed that HELP positively correlated above all to Conscientiousness and its sub-dimension Perseverance and to a lesser extent to Extraversion and its sub-dimension Dominance. The results of this study offer new perspectives of research and intervention in relation to the new integrated HELP construct.
