Perceived Fit Scale

Annamaria Di Fabio

The aim of the present study is to analyse the psychometric properties of the Italian version of the Perceived Fit Scale (PFS). Two hundred and sixteen workers participated in the study. Dimensionality, reliability, and concurrent validity were examined. Through confirmatory factor analysis, a three dimensional structure emerged with good reliability and validity. The Italian version of the Perceived Fit Scale (PFS) emerged as a valid and reliable instrument also in Italian contexts.
