Validation of the INAPP Professional Adaptability Scale with Inclusion Income beneficiaries
Anna Grimaldi, Paolo Raciti, Paloma Vivaldi Vera
This article illustrates the results of the second validation of the Professional Adaptability Scale built by INAPP in 2014, with the aim of verifying its psychometric stability with a population in vulnerable conditions: the beneficiaries of the Inclusion Income. The scale is applied to 507 low-schooling subjects aged between 30 and 57 and, for the most part, long-term unemployed. The validation process showed a five-factor structure. The results showed that the Professional Adaptability Scale is a valid instrument also with beneficiaries of the Inclusion Income, showing a specific five-dimensional factorial structure.
