Food Selectivity in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

This article draws on the findings of a research into food-related issues in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. After a thorough analysis of the existing scientific literature on sensory alterations, I will examine the specific case of a kindergarten pupil with significant food selectivity, focusing on the tools and strategies that have been identified in order to manage this problem effectively both at home and at school.
