Griglia di osservazione dei video – Analisi qualitative ed evidenze da uno studio pilota di valutazione con bambini affetti da Disturbi dello Spettro Autistico
Si Re Mi is an interactive audio system presented as a game, in which the key players are an autistic child and an adult operator. The goal is to develop social and problem solving skills. In this intervention we considered the sensory profile of the infant undergoing interactive sound stimulation. Four children (aged 4-8) participated in the study. Three psychologists observed recorded videos of the sessions, completing an observation grid for each session. Statistical analysis was performed on the first eight sessions, assessing progression over time. The analysis of variance was used to assess eventual improvement in specific symptomatic areas. The results of the pilot study revealed a significant increase in skills. These variations in behavioural expressions reflect a relational evolution indicating the beginning of an attempt at openness towards others, who are no longer perceived as threats but as positive entities.
