The increasing studies about motor learning, reorganization, recovery and neuroplasticity provided the basis for the definition of the principles of neurorehabilitation treatment and for the introduction of technological devices into rehabilitation programmes. Further studies are needed to prove their effectiveness and identify the most appropriate applications and new intervention strategies.
