From Autism Spectrum to an Intervention Spectrum

Alongside a hypothetical continuum that goes from an extreme of no metacognitive abilities to their presence, there is a continuum of interventions which, starting from the behavioural matrix, passes through the cognitive and reaches the metacognitive matrix. In connection with the latter, a method is also introduced to further define a profile of metacognitive abilities, taking into account self-reflection, cognitive and emotional tuning on others and the ability of mastery.
