Through narration of the various steps of the therapy, the fundamental principles of the RPL approach are described. The RPL action considers the child’s game as a therapeutic action, an expressive modality that enables the development and recognition of the child’s inner world until the phase where he can consciously receive the help of the speech therapist is reached. The latter will provide the child with the appropriate speech therapy techniques aimed at accompanying the little patient towards the codified world of written and spoken language.
