Theatrical activities represent an appropriate proposal to investigate and discover the diverse and other from self, in a game of identification within the other. This experience was performed in a school context, and the two young disabled students were required to play the role of assistants to the theatrical expert. The change of perspective enabled the disabled person to be acknowledged as a competent technician who makes his expertise available, changing the perception of his social role and increasing his self-esteem. This represents the demonstration of the real possibility of addressing important topics such as those relating to the social integration of disabled persons in an innovative and enjoyable way.
