Economicità, efficacia ed efficienza dei fattori produttivi «limitati»

«Otherwise abled» persons can represent useful resources for companies and for the economic and social system in general. Instead it is important to highlight the benefits which can derive from an empowering environment where the overall results are maximised. Adequate disability management increases the overall productivity and favours innovation.
In this way it is found possible to recover resources which would otherwise remain unproductive, with positive repercussions on the life of the relatives: the increase in income triggers a virtuous circle for the economy. Therefore, together with all the other production factors it is important also to protect the safety of the otherwise abled persons.
