The article describes an inclusive approach in extremely clear terms and which entail a broad educability parameter, but with consequences which involve a very precise personalised educational commitment. The consideration is important in terms of the commitment proposals in our future. This type of studies and considerations originated the logic of the UN International Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities that came into force on 3rd May 2008.
