The paper presents the results of an experiment carried out during the hours of Internship conducted in the Faculty of Sports Sciences, at the «Foro Italico» University of Rome.
A working group coordinated by Lucia de Anna conceived and designed a new approach to Internship accessible to all, based on integrated motor activities and sports, showing that by building a flexible network, plural and open listening, dialogue, diversity and relationships, activities can be organised in which everyone enhances their skills and autonomy, in terms of interdependence and mutual freedom, succeeding to transfer the model developed to different contexts of life.
