The detailed 16th Annual Report from the Antigone Association on prison conditions in Italy also lets us examine how the situation caused by Covid-19 has been handled by the surveillance courts, directors, and the prison staff, including the legal and educational training staff, medical staff, prison police, and those directly concerned, the prison inmates.
