Fostering social responsibility to build an inclusive city

Politics as an instrument of care for a community: starting with people at risk of esclusion and marginalisation. How can we translate the constitutional references regarding working rights in the face of policies formed from years of triumphant globalization and liberalism? By beginning with the Metropolitan Register of «solidariety enterprises» and the first results of «social clauses» in public procurement, to developing the individual’s industriousness and avoiding the relegation of people disadvantaged by the degradation of their resuorces, thus wasting the contribution they can offer to the community.
