We follow two routes trying to find a crossroad. The first one focuses on the person: his passion and the way to build a competence from this. This route must cross the other one: job and economy, taking in consideration all the innovations related to the fourth industrial revolution. Interconnection, databases, production chain: the working dimension is changing face. In this new environment a platform as «VedoCurriculum», created in order to keep track of different industriousness, show its usefulness revealing new possibilities for workers and firms.
