Expert teachers have the competences to turn any content into educational resources. Building truly effective
didactics, however, requires and approach that reconciles creativity and structure: a systemic organization
that could allow personalization, replicability and integration in complex paths that can comprehend the
whole educational community, made of fellow teachers, students, experts and the whole professional network,
to guarantee a shared and harmonic growth for everyone involved.
