«Impronta»: da un corso di formazione può nascere un’impresa

The creation and development of a project during its life cycle is organized into a sequence of stages which are essential for an efficient and effective solution. A series of players collaborate on and interact with the project, with the aim of achieving a common goal following the exact same objectives. This is because the problems we seek answers to often require a plurality of knowledge. A fundamental stage: the «metamorphosis» of the members of the project. Those who were identified as participants and beneficiaries of the training course become the group users, sharing determined goals. Thanks to competences acquired during the lessons, they were able to tackle these new challenges. Several accounts from the users of the group «Impronta» are related.
