Lavorare in rete: l’esperienza del Coordinamento Atenei Lombardi per la Disabilità

On October 7th 2011, the Rectors of ten universities based in Lombardy signed an agreement which officially gave life
to the Lombard Universities Network on Disabilities (Coordinamento Atenei Lombardi per la Disabilità – CALD).
The paper outlines the history of this network, emphasising its guiding principles and fundamental goals. It also illustrates the main initiatives that have been launched, aiming to develop cooperation with local bodies and institutions on the one hand, and, on the other, to identify shared practices and promote common action in order to guarantee and improve the quality of services.
