it is therefore necessary to create new approaches in education, democratic and inclusive, which take into account the complexity of the relationships between individuals, technology and culture. The contribution, starting from the literature on the topic and subsequently dedicating an in-depth look at school regulations and teacher training, explores the potential of eTwinning distance projects, in which activities are planned and implemented through the collaboration and exchange of teachers and pupils from multiple schools, from different nations. The interaction is managed within a virtual area called TwinSpace which is characterized by a close connection between the real and virtual dimension. The eTwinning projects are characterized as modern and inclusive educational practices; effective expression of the onlife that characterizes current society.
