Reverse Peer Tutoring
Claudia Munaro
The reciprocal exchange of roles allows all participants — including those with learning difficulties, neurodevelopmental disorders, or disabilities — to experience both teaching and learning positions, thereby strengthening cognitive, communicative, and social competencies. RPT contributes to the development of more cohesive and inclusive communities by transforming diversity from a limitation into a resource and by promoting active citizenship.
