Social Camouflaging and Autism

It is hypothesized that the use of cognitive and psychoeducational strategies, rather than behavioural ones may bring benefits in the presence of social camouflaging. The need to promote knowledge and awareness of the phenomenon is highlighted, working with the social context and producing a culture and awareness, with a view to educating towards greater respect for neurodiversity.
