This article will present the experience of reorganising and adapting the «Polo Blu» Service in Padua, designed for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, during the 2020 lockdown. The Covid-19 pandemic and the consequent confinement of children, has upset the certainties of families and clinicians, changing their needs and methods of support. In this paper we would like to share solutions and strategies put in place to respond with resilience to an event of such enormous scope that the current pandemic is. We will describe the various phases and the ingredients that were key to their success and bring some clinical cases exemplifying defined remote therapies. In particular, the focus will be on parent coaching interventions, individual telerehabilitation, working with the school-family network and on the adaptation of group treatment to an online platform.
