The present pilot study aims to develop an online group-based psychoeducational intervention model grounded in the principles of acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), characterized by high accessibility, individualization potential, low cost and strong adherence. The participants were 6 adults (4 males and 2 females) with anxiety and depressive disorders, aged between 19 and 63 years (mean 31.1; SD 16.4). The project was carried out in 4 phases: dissemination of study information via social media, screening and informed consent, treatment with 10 online sessions, and post-test to evaluate efficacy. The results show a good efficacy of the programme in promoting psychological well-being and maintaining adherence to the group of participants with anxiety and depressive disorders. Data analyses suggest that the online format can effectively accommodate the needs of support groups for managing anxiety and depressive disorders
