Paolo Iliceto, Emanuele Fino
In the first half of 2013, S&P Statistics and Psychometrics Ltd. (Iliceto et al., 2013) published an
article in the «Journal of Gambling Studies», presenting the translation and validation of the Gambling
Related Cognitions Scale (GRCS) for the Italian context. The GRCS is a self-report questionnaire for the
assessment of «gambling-related cognitions». This scale was designed and developed by Raylu and
Oei in 2004, in order to provide a valid tool for assessing the role of specific cognitions in problem
gambling.
