This journal aims to present the latest findings in speech therapy regarding placement, diagnosis, treatment, follow-ups, and theoretical and therapeutic models, in both clinical and rehabilitative settings. It specifically targets speech therapist, doctors, specialists, teachers, psychologists, researchers, sector operators, pedagogists, university students and those interested in communication for study or professional reasons.
The journal seeks to:
– increase awareness of speech therapy in Italy and throughout Europe;
– effect «best practices» and award prizes for the best work, a space will be reserved for a column in which experts will be able to answer readers’ queries.
The scientific board comprises various experts from the multidisciplinary team that speech therapists work in; these specialists have the task of scrutinising the work submitted and publishing their experiences, and data and original research studies from eminent scholars in the field.
Logopedia e comunicazione aims to:

– provide the opportunity for readers to understand laws, institutional resolutions, the latest news regarding recognition of the profession, and the rights and duties of the speech therapist;
