Lavoro di rete e bisogni formativi nelle professioni dell’accoglienza. Empowerment professionale e relazione d’aiuto nel lavoro interculturale in Abruzzo
Fabio Centi Pizzutilli, Nicoletta Di Genova
The migratory phenomenon requires critical thinking about the professionals employed in the management of immigration policies and procedures. Operators working in intercultural contexts have to face many situations that multiply the difficulties in the complex world of social work and supportive relationships. This paper reports the results of a qualitative research project in Abruzzo, carried out through focused interviews with key informants (social workers, psychologists, educators, intercultural mediators and social operators) employed in welcoming facilities of various kinds (SPRAR, CAS, Childhood care homes, CIE, etc.). We are going to explore three macro-areas: training, the emotive-relational sphere, and inter-professional and/or inter-institutional networking.
