Food can act as a mediator between cultures and between individuals. But also between worlds, such as among the world of prison and the outside world. Let us go and have a lunch at the restaurant “InGalera”, in the prison of Bollate in Milan. All it takes is to make a reservation and then show up. Thanks to the food, recidivism dropped to 17%.
