Privacy policy on the processing of personal data pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679/EU (GDPR)

The personal data you provided on filling in the contact form shall be processed by our company in full compliance with the laws in force and with the privacy obligations which we have always adhered to, as the ensuing policy details.

Identity and contact information of data controller

The data controller is Edizioni Centro Studi Erickson spa, with registered office in Trento, Via del Pioppeto n.24, whom you may contact at any whatsoever time, with any whatsoever request or question regarding the processing of your data, by sending an email to privacy@erickson.it.

The data we process, the purposes for which it is processed and the legal basis of the processing

On filling in the contact form we shall collect and process your personal data in order to examine and perform your request.
In the aforementioned examples, data processing is legitimate in so much as it is necessary in order to perform a pre-contractual request from the interested party.

Recipients or categories of recipients of your personal data

The aforementioned personal data shall be processed by the Controller by means of authorised persons (in other words individuals within the organisation), and, possibly, by third parties, whom the data controller uses in order to perform their work, and who have been duly designated as authorised for data processing.
In any case, your personal data shall not be disclosed.

Data storage period

In accordance with that set out in the GDPR, your data shall be stored for the period of time needed for the purposes for which it was retained.  

Your rights in relation to your personal data

May we remind you that, according to the specific process, at any time:

  1. You have the right to request access to your personal data and the correction or deletion of it or to oppose, wholly or partly, to the processing of your data, in addition to the right to data portability;
  2. You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your data and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority (personal data protection regulator).

The provision of your personal data is optional but should you not provide the data requested in the contact form, you will be unable to send your request and therefore receive the information you need.
